Returns

You can return any Western Bloc item, unused and with complete packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fee). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or defective item).

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the product in saleable condition. However it can take up to four weeks for your financial institution to process the refund. Unfortunately this is out of our control and generally you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you do need to return an item, simply follow these 3 simple instructions;

1.        Login to your Account
2.        View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
3.        Click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

For Australian customers we have a flat $9.95 shipping fee, regardless of the total weight or number of items. For customers outside of Australia, please email info@westernbloc.com.au to request a shipping quote.

Standard Delivery Service

Note the times below are approximate and are for domestic shipping and are business days only. We usually use Australia Post eParcel for small orders or a courier, and once your order has been shipped, the status of your order will be changed to "Shipped", and a Tracking Number will be included for your reference. Order Processing Time - When will my order ship?

Warehouse cut-off times are 9:00am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order is received after this time, it will be despatched the following business day.
